Prinx Chengshan (Shandong) Tire Co., Ltd. is currently optimizing the business scenarios and functions of the S/4HANA system's repeated manufacturing solution, with a focus on addressing:

• (1) SAP optimization of multi entity settlement process: Completed SAP month end/end settlement process optimization for two entities, Shandong headquarters and overseas subsidiaries in Thailand, to improve settlement efficiency and standardize settlement logic.
• (2) Multi system integration SAP transformation: Develop SAP and equipment management system integration development, connect production equipment business data with SAP master data and business data; Completed the integration and development of SAP and BI platform data, achieving synchronization and interoperability of SAP business data with the BI data platform.
• (3) The problem of line edge warehouse differences caused by repeated manufacturing backflushing and material deduction is addressed. For different inventory locations or material groups, the excess materials on the production line edge are allocated and fed according to the production volume, making the cost allocation accounting of production products more refined.
