Background Introduction

ECOVACS Robotics Group Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of home service robots. The original system was SAP ECC system, and this project upgraded ECOVACS Robotics' implementation system to S/4HANA system.

Service Content

This project simultaneously implements system migration and upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, as well as optimization of standard cost management.

• (1) SAP system upgrade related configuration, master data preparation and import SI Check， Complete system data migration, role permission correction, development item migration regression testing, etc
• (2) In the standard cost optimization management section, the granularity of cost accounting is optimized and adjusted. The FICO module and PP module are coordinated to adjust relevant configurations, collect and import PP module master data, add process data integration interfaces with PLM system, and optimize production reporting interfaces with MES system.
