This project is the SAP S/4HANA optimization project of CCSE Group Changzhou Research Institute Co., Ltd.

Service Content

This project will optimize the S/4HANA system and promote its implementation in the Beijing branch. Based on the business characteristics of the subsidiary, an effective SD/MM/PP/FICO module system implementation plan will be designed. Develop BOM change management platform and production plan management platform, reduce material obsolescence and waste through standardized BOM change management, improve production plan stability, and enhance production planning and execution efficiency through the production plan management platform.
