Background Introduction

Zhejiang Heideman specializes in high-precision CNC lathes, milling and turning composite equipment, flexible automation production lines and intelligent manufacturing units, supporting processes, fixtures and intelligent processing solutions, serving the automotive, aviation, hydraulic, medical equipment and other fields. It integrates research and development, production and sales, and its equipment is exported both domestically and internationally. The current implementation system of Heideman Intelligent Equipment is Digiwin ERP. This project helps Heideman switch from the existing ERP system to the SAP S/4HANA system.

Zhejiang Headman Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. takes intelligent factory construction and industrial Internet platform as the core, and realizes the digital upgrading of the whole chain of R&D, production and supply chain through automation equipment, data analysis and cloud collaboration technology. The focus of this project is to achieve:

• (1) BOM full chain management: Establish an automatic BOM conversion process from design to manufacturing, manage design changes, and facilitate data exchange between PLM and SAP;
• (2) Multi base MRP optimization: Unify material demand planning and production capacity scheduling across multiple factories to solve inventory and material coordination challenges across multiple bases; The focus is on the conversion management from design BOM to manufacturing BOM, material planning optimization, and production planning optimization.
• (3) Integrated financial control: unify cost accounting, accounts receivable and payable, asset accounting standards, and achieve automatic transfer of production data to finance;
• (4) Multi system integration interface: Build data channels between SAP and MES, SRM, CRM, OA, and synchronize with BI reporting platform;
