Background Introduction

Mentech’s information technology construction focuses on research and development innovation, production testing process optimization, and supply chain management, integrating research and development, production, and market data to enhance intelligent decision-making capabilities. On the basis of implementing the SAP S/4HANA system, this project optimizes the existing system functions and promotes the implementation of the SAP system for newly acquired subsidiaries.

Service Content

Mentech’s is currently optimizing the business scenarios and functions of the S/4HANA system's repeated manufacturing solution, with a focus on addressing:

• (1) To promote the implementation of S/4HANA system for its mold manufacturing, automation equipment manufacturing, and laser equipment manufacturing companies, standardize the existing SAP system and promote it to overseas subsidiaries such as Guangzhou Ansheng and Shenzhen Mingchuang, build a multi factory and multi profit center architecture for the group, and unify the entire business process template of procurement, sales, production, and inventory.
• (2) Supplement and optimize existing process management and solutions by incorporating subsidiary companies that have not been resolved by existing system solutions into SAP system management based on project design and production scenarios.
• (3) Standardize the master data of materials, customers, suppliers, and BOMs, clean up one item with multiple codes and non-standard BOMs, and unify the coding and technical data standards of the entire group.
