Background Introduction

The informationization construction of Country Garden Qianxi Group focuses on digital strategic upgrading and integration of middle platform capabilities, covering scenarios such as financial management, supply chain, and community services, and improving efficiency through automated tools and cloud architecture. In the early stage, the group covered the manufacturing of catering robots, catering central kitchen business, and catering store business. This project implements the S/4HANA system for Zhiyuan Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qianxi Robotics Group.

Service Content

Zhiyuan Robotics SAP S/4HANA Implementation – Core Solution for Manufacturing & Business–Finance Integration:

• (1) Standardized deployment of all modules: covering FICO/SD/MM/PP/QM core modules, building a complete ERP architecture for catering robot manufacturing.
• (2) Dual MES deep integration solution: Develop bidirectional interfaces between SAP and machining MES, SAP and assembly MES, and automatically transmit MES process reporting, material requisition, and completion to SAP; SAP issues production orders BOM、 Material inventory is transferred to the production line execution system, connecting the planning layer and on-site execution layer data.
• (3) Standardized governance of master data: Implement SAP MDG system, unify coding rules for master data of materials, suppliers, customers, and process routes, clean up historical multi code for one item, and unify master data control standards for the group.
• (4) The automatic integration of business and finance solution generates financial vouchers for production reporting, material consumption, and procurement receipt; Establish a standard cost accounting system for robots, collecting material, labor, and manufacturing expenses; Integrate front-end CRM sales data to automatically flow orders, shipments, and accounts receivable throughout the entire process.
