Background Introduction

Haid Group has been promoting SAP in batches and stages since 2012, and phases 1-6 have been implemented in feed factories in multiple regions of South and Central China; In 2016, newly built feed bases in Southwest and East China were put into centralized production, and multiple subsidiary companies were added without standardized SAP systems. Each factory manually recorded and independently calculated offline, making it impossible for the group to uniformly control raw material procurement, production, and sales data. Guangdong Haid Group has built an intelligent breeding management system with ERP system as the core, covering the entire process of self raising and free range breeding business. This project is the promotion and implementation of SAP ECC system in the feed production section.

Service Content

The SAP ECC promotion and implementation project is for the Jining and Heze factories of Guangdong Haid Group Co., Ltd. to promote and implement the SAP ECC system

• (1) Mature SAP standardized templates have been replicated and implemented in newly established feed subsidiaries in Southwest and East China, with a unified FI/CO/MM/PP/SD full module architecture. One set of templates is suitable for multi category production of pig feed, poultry feed, and aquatic feed;
• (2) Build a multi factory and multi profit center architecture for the group, unify cross factory raw material allocation and internal transaction settlement processes.
• (3) Build SAP and H3 BPM process bus interface to facilitate online flow of procurement approval, expense reimbursement, and change processes, and automatically generate SAP business vouchers from documents;
• (4) Integrate SAP system and feed production control system to achieve integrated feedback of feeding data and reporting data during the production process, as well as scheduled feeding and reporting of SAP production work orders.
