Service Content

This project aims to implement SAP S/4HANA public cloud system for Shanghai Aohua, and implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud FICO/MM/SD/PP/QM modules and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) system for Shanghai and Beijing factories, matching the best business practice solution of SAP S/4HANA Cloud:

• (1) Standardize materials, suppliers, customers, process routes, BOM coding standards, and clean up historical duplicate materials; Establish a unified review process for master data to prevent departments from creating non-standard data on their own.
• (2) Automatically generate accounting vouchers for production material requisition, process reporting, inbound and outbound, and sales shipment documents; Establish a standard cost accounting system for medical devices, automatically collect material, labor, and equipment manufacturing costs, accurately calculate the cost of each endoscope machine and consumables, and shorten the monthly settlement cycle.
• (3) Sort out the production business process, manage production business through SAP system, and improve the precision of production cost accounting.
• (4) Connect the R&D BOM data, workshop quality inspection system and SAP interface, automatically synchronize the qualified quality inspection results into the warehouse, and eliminate offline paper quality inspection forms; Unified online procurement approval process, achieving online traceability of the entire procurement process.
