This project implements SAP S/4HANA public cloud, Cloud for Customer sales cloud, SuccessFactors human resources cloud, and Analytical Cloud analysis cloud for Yunnan Maoduoli Group Food Co., Ltd

• (1) Implement FICO/MM/SD/PP full module, unify the group's accounting standards, automatically generate financial vouchers for procurement, production, and sales outbound, eliminating manual document preparation.
• (2) Sort out the planning and production business processes, match the best business practices of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, sort out the production master data scheme, production planning and material planning process, and production execution management process, and clearly divide the production cost accounting hierarchy.
• (3) Global MRP demand calculation, linking raw material procurement and production scheduling; Unify the visibility of inventory across multiple factory areas and warehouses to reduce the stagnation and loss of forest fruit raw materials.
• (4) Integrate customer data from dealer portals, e-commerce platforms, and offline stores to unify customer master data; Support online reporting of channel orders, tracking of shipping logistics, and accumulation of customer and channel operation data for market analysis.
• (5) Build a unified human resources platform for the entire group, covering organization, personnel, compensation, and performance, and unifying the human resources processes and data standards of each subsidiary company.
• (6) Deploy SAP Analytics Cloud to integrate sales, inventory, cost, and manpower data, automatically output multi-dimensional business reports, and support real-time decision-making by management.
