The promotion of SAP ECC system by CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary CRRC Urban Development Co., Ltd. mainly involves:

• (1) Split the production business to the headquarters factory of CRRC Zhuzhou and the factory of CRRC Urban Development Co., Ltd., and streamline the business processes between companies.
• (2) Reuse the mature SAP architecture of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute and complete FICO/MM/SD/PP modules; Build a multi profit center, multi project, and multi factory organizational structure.
• (3) Standardize the governance of group master data, unify the standards of customer, supplier, material, project, and asset master data, and unify the control of all master data sources to solve the problems of multiple codes for one item and chaotic project codes.
