The implementation of SAP S/4HANA system for LUSTER LightTech Co., Ltd. mainly involves:

• (1) Beijing factory, Suzhou factory, Xi'an R&D center, covering MTS and MTO production business scenarios, integrating R&D PLM system, designing BOM to automatically issue to SAP to generate manufacturing BOM, controlling R&D version changes and temporary modifications; Realize automatic synchronization of R&D materials and labor data for production and cost accounting.
• (2) Adapt to the dual production mode of MTO customized whole machine and MTS standard camera; Multi level BOM management, unified calculation of component supply and demand MRP, automatic transmission of workshop material requisition and process reporting data back to the cost module.
• (3) Project oriented PS full lifecycle solution, aimed at visual solution project orders, to achieve full process control of project initiation, procurement, production, delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
• (4) Unified material, customer, supplier, and R&D material coding standards, cleared multiple codes for one item, and established a unified master data audit and distribution mechanism for the group.
• (5) Integrate CRM sales, workshop MES, and supplier SRM platforms to connect the entire data flow of orders, production, and procurement, eliminating information silos.
